Delivery Charges
We will add £8.95 on all UK Mainland orders for carriage.
If your order is being shipped outside the UK Mainland please call for a quote for the additional carriage. Once we have received your order we will contact you to take any additional carriage upgrade fee payable over the phone.
Change or Cancel your order
If you’d like to add something to your order, please place a new order for the new item(s).
If you need to change your delivery address, or remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Sales team on 01794 517206 between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please be ready to quote the date of your order and your order number.
If your order has been despatched you will need to follow our Returns Procedure in the event of any unwanted products. Please note that personalised or special order products cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged, unless the product is classified as deflective or not as described.
Track your order
To check your order status, just click on the My order link at the top of the page, sign in and then View orders.
▪ Order status "Pending" means your order has been saved on our system but payment has not yet been confirmed and the order hasn't been processed yet.
▪ Order status "Confirmed" means your order has been accepted, payment has been received where applicable, and the order is waiting to be fulfilled, printed and/or despatched.
▪ Despatched means your order has left our factory. You'll receive an email confirming despatch.
Depending on our chosen carrier and your location in the UK you should receive your order in 5 working days. Orders outside of the UK may take considerably longer to arrive.
▪ Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete after the expected time period, first please sign in to this website and click the 'My Order' link to check that your goods have indeed been dispatched.
If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived please contact our Sales team on 01794 517206 between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, please follow our returns policy below.
Returns procedure
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order once delivered and wish to return it, please contact our Sales team on 01794 517206 between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please be ready to state your order number, the date you placed your order, the reason for the return and whether you'd like a refund or a replacement. Please note that personalised or special order products cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged, unless the product is classified as deflective or not as described.
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it. It's important that returned items remain in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of the returned goods and package them adequately.

Distance Selling Regulations state that if you buy from us online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if requested in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge. These rights do not apply to personalised or custom made products.
